To enhance the rating of the European company in transfer booking on review platforms with low ratings and negative comments.

SOLUTION

  1. Monitoring and in-depth analysis of review sites that ranked within the top 20 search results on Google for the search queries “company name” and “company name reviews”. The analysis revealed key platforms—Trustpilot, Tripadvisor, and Sitejabber—with company’ ratings of 3 or below.
  2. Improving the company’s ratings on selected review sites through the publication of positive reviews and fostering active engagement with clients.
  3. Crafting and posting reviews from both clients and the company’s representatives.
  4. Creating new company profiles on reputable and specialized review sites and filling them with reviews.
  5. Establishing a distinctive tone of voice for the company’s responses and adeptly handling objections on its behalf.
  6. Initiating legal measures to remove false and inaccurate reviews.
  7. Promoting review sites with ratings of 3.7 and above to ensure their inclusion in top search results.
  8. Suppressing undesirable second-tier resources beyond the first pages of Google search results.

RESULT

A monthly average improvement in ratings of approximately 15% was consistently achieved. Within three months, the company’s average rating increased from 2.9 to 4. A credible and reliable image for the company was cultivated, effectively capturing the audience’s attention and spotlighting its strengths.
