Since 2020, ADVES has been a permanent consultation agency for online reputation and media relations for a group of companies in the wood processing sector, uniting several manufacturing companies in the country. As part of its activities, the agency provides informative coverage of the company’s operations and conducts crisis communications, managing communities on social media and YouTube. The agency also prevents reputational risks and creates a positive image of the company in the online space, including local search engines and YouTube in the regions where the group of companies is present.
During the project, the positive tone of online reputation in the regions of presence was improved to 95% and more than 300 materials related to the company’s activities were published. ADVES specialists successfully removed over 80 unreliable materials.
